After misleading the arbitral tribunal into granting an award in their favour, the Statis started a campaign to attempt to seize Kazakhstani assets in various countries and jurisdictions. The Republic of Kazakhstan has fought and continues to fight back against these attacks by presenting the mounting evidence of fraud perpetrated by the Statis and their co-conspirators.
